We were there for 1 night, overall had a very lovely stay. That was amazing hotel set in residential area. Room was beautifully designed and clean with an iron with ironing board, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk...

Loved the convenient location near the airport, and the breakfast options were so extensive, it felt like a buffet. Watching TV on the flat-screen made me feel like a fancy couch potato.
Oh, the joy of a flat-screen TV was crushed by the disappointment of having to walk 3.1 km to St Annes Cathedral. Thanks for the cardio, B&B.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a lovely lady named Carol, who made me feel right at home. She even offered me a cup of tea and we had a delightful chat. The entire house was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches, including the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And let me tell you about the breakfast! There was an amazing variety to choose from, and the cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning to this B&B in the future.

The host, Carol, was absolutely amazing! She made us feel right at home and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, stylish, and super comfy. And let me tell you, the breakfast was to die for! So many delicious options and the cooked breakfast was simply mouthwatering. The location was perfect, close to a beautiful park and within walking distance of shops and eateries. a fantastic experience!
Honestly, there was nothing negative about our stay. We had such a great time that we couldn't find anything to complain about.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the Belfast Empire Music Hall, SSE Arena, Titanic Belfast, Customs House Belfast, and St Anne's Cathedral Belfast. The proximity to these attractions allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy our stay.
Roadworks: We did encounter some local roadworks when we arrived at the hotel, making it a bit challenging to find parking. However, the staff, particularly Carol, went above and beyond by offering to move her car to accommodate us.

The nearest airport was conveniently close, offering a quick escape. The daily breakfast had vegetarian options, perfect for those who like to eat like a rabbit. Customs House and St Anne's Cathedral were just a short hike away, for those who enjoy a good walk.
The only downside was that there wasn't a personal butler to carry me around on a golden palanquin. Truly disappointing.

During our stay at the B&B, we were impressed by the warm hospitality of Carol, our host. She was genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable and provided us with helpful tips on local eateries. The room was beautifully decorated, and the breakfast served was excellent. We also appreciated the convenient location, being close to a lovely park and shops. Although the walk to the city center and Titanic attraction was a bit challenging for our older legs, Carol kindly offered to move her car to make parking easier. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this B&B on the park.

Yum! The breakfast here was so good, they even had vegan options. And the TV in the room was flat-screen, just like in the movies! Quite posh, you know.
Oh joy, the bed was as comfy as a rock and the pillows, ah, so fluffy I ended up needing a chiropractor.
